· Work closely with lines of business and functional/support groups to achieve business results improvements through a Process Management approach
· Identify core processes and opportunities for improvement in quality and productivity
· Manage process improvement projects
· Develop business user functionality requirements, technical user specifications and application user testing
· Explaining the Company’s Profile and scope of Events Management services.
· Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and support and implement initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction.
Qualification
- Male/Female
- 1 years experience (fresh graduate welcomed)
- Good english (other language is a plus)
- Have a good communication skill
- Good presentation skill
- Able to work with target
