Our client is a vendor company that is a world leader in the provision of Value-Added Services, Billing Applications and other 3G wireless mobile solutions to the service provider market. With an established clientele base in Indonesia, they are currently headhunting for an Account Manager / Sales Manager to join their team..:

Account Manager / Sales Manager (Telecom Software Solutions)

Job Scope:
Drive sales activities and achieve revenue targets for set account assigned in
Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the GM, the Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and building revenue-generating relationships with Tier 1 & 2 Incumbent Fixed & Wireless Operators in their territory
• This involves creating the account and regional channel/partner strategy, developing and closing business opportunities for the company’ products and services
• Meet/exceed established account quota objectives, as defined by the SVP APAC Sales
• Create and execute through dynamic leadership major account strategy
• Identify, qualify, progress and close new opportunities
• Build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Arrange meetings/presentations with key decision-making personnel in the fixed and wireless network service provider by management and/or technical teams
• Work with strategic and regional partners in order to establish mutual business relationships
• Work within established guidelines to ensure that Sales objectives are met
• Contribute to overall Company Sales Strategy
• Assist in leading final contract negotiations with the customer
• Prepare regular and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities
• Discharge the basic sales/territory management responsibilities and assume additional responsibilities as assigned
• Represent the company in external business relationships with major clients, partners and the public
• Provide leadership and industry knowledge to customers/prospects, and maintain an appropriate corporate presence in industry-related public conferences and tradeshows

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Proven sales manager with extensive contacts and relationships at all levels within tier 1 & 2 Fixed and Wireless Operators within Indonesia
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Telecoms, with proven track record in software or application sales
• A proven track record of successful sales performance in the sale of large complex (OSS/BSS) within APAC Tier 1 & 2 Carriers
• Broad, general knowledge of the high-technology sector, with a particular understanding of the telecommunications OSS & BSS industry
• Sound understanding of financial management principles
• Be able to present to Senior management and Board level
• Consistent overachiever in meeting sales targets
• Mature, professional attitude
